Yes of course, there are two possibilities.

You can try Skype feature, but you need psp slim model.

Or you can try go!messenger, because it is for both PSP models

-You need the firmware 3.90 and higher

Oh sorry but a lot of models of psp phones was designed and nothing came true, it only depends on sony and its corporation.

Yeah, even if it came out in stores, I don't think it would be a big success.

it would be kinda wierd to me.
psp phone..... pathetic to me.
i think it would cost too much for sony to make them anyway.
